Since the early 1900’s we have been manufacturing a range of beautiful intimate apparel. Fashions come and go, but our dedication to making quality corsetry is as strong today as it was at our inception. Quality never goes out of fashion.
Professional corsetiere’s hand make each of our garments, using the finest cloth and our own unique patterns, which have been developed over the last hundred or so years. These patterns reflect the different body shapes of our customers.
A corset is the single most attractive piece of clothing a woman can buy. What was once a garment that was used to oppress is now the ultimate expression of sexuality and freedom. Real corsets are made with generous amounts of steel and cloth that is generously reinforced. This helps achieve the sexy and seductive hourglass figure and can help achieve a waist reduction of up to 4 inches, on our specialist made to measure corsets this can be increased to 6 inches.
We team our corsetry skills with burlesque artists and alternative artists to make garments that are truly unique in design and fit. Our latest collection has been designed by our young and vibrant design team to reflect the changing role of the corset from a functional garment to the ultimate in luxury.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling UK delivery is charged at £5 per order. Delivery times within the UK are usualy 2 to 3 working days if we have your required size, colour and style in stock. Otherwise delivery time can take up to 30 days if the corset has to be made to your requirements. All of our corsets are made using traditional methods and not mass produced factory products.
Delivery to the rest of the EU is £15. Delivery to the EU takes around 3-5 days more than a UK delivery.
Delivery to the rest of the World is £20. Delivery to the rest of the World usual takes around 7 days more than a UK delivery.
These are indicated delivery times and actual times may vary.
Please note we can only deliver to the billing address of the card used to make payment.

| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Credit Card Security Should you wish to return your corset we will exchange your corset once for an alternative size, corsets are not refundable.
No items should be returned before contacting us.
Returns Criteria
Corsets should be tried on over a t-shirt and not laced tight when trying for size as corsets quickly form the shape of your body when tightlaced. We will exchange corsets for an alternative size, but only when the corset is in a unworn brand new condition in original packaging with all the original labels intact, a corset that has been tight laced rather than gently tried for size will not be exchanged.
You have a 'duty of care' over the garments until they are returned to us, you will also have to pay the costs of returning the goods to us and to take reasonable care to see they are received by us without delay.
Where the item is returned to us in a used condition we will not issue a refund. Any items that have been worn, washed, marked, affected by odours including cigarette smoke, had any tags removed or are not in the original packaging are non-returnable.
Please note: Goods are not available 'on approval'. If you are unsure of sizing please contact us by email before placing your order or come and see us (if appropriate).. Please make your choice carefully as online card processing is expensive. Refunds will be given only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Company Management and will be less the restocking fee, as well as a minimum £15 admin/credit card handling fee.
Time Limitations
Goods can be returned within 7 days (21 days for international orders) of receipt, for an exchange.
The date of receipt is defined as the date the item arrived at your requested delivery address. To clarify, if you are unavailable to take delivery of the item and the parcel is taken to your local sorting office for collection, the 7-day (21 days for international orders) period commences from the original day delivery was attempted.
Without exception, returns will not be accepted after the 7-day (21 days for international orders) period.
In order to return an item you are required to obtain an RMA number.
In order to obtain an RMA number you are required to send us an email to info@kinnairdcorsets.co.uk, with subject “RMA Request” and including the following information:
* Order Number
* Reference Number(s) of the Item(s) you require to return
Your RMA will be accepted and a RMA number issued. Once the RMA number has been issued the return address will be supplied via email.
Please remember to write the RMA Number on the package. If there is no Returns Merchandise Authorisation number ("RMA") on the outside of the package then there is a good chance that this will lead to delays of upto 30 days in processing your return. To avoid this delay, we recommend that if you wish to return goods you first obtain a RMA number.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer an alternative.
Non-European Union customers should also ensure that their return parcel is clearly marked RETURN as otherwise Customs duty and local tax becomes payable. If this occurs we reserve the right to refuse item or charge the Customs and Tax bill to you.
